Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted third-party shipping carriers to deliver your order. Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, it is considered in transit.

Shipping Responsibility & Liability

Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, the customer and the shipping carrier assume full responsibility for the package. PCOS Recovery Lab is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

If you experience an issue during transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. PCOS Recovery Lab is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and contents. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for more details.
